Boldlisted is a product of Jordan Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company no. 17358646). By using it you agree to these terms.

What the service does

We put buyer questions to AI assistants (such as ChatGPT and Gemini), as a logged-out person in the country you choose, and report how often a business is named, who is named instead and which websites the answers relied on. Plans add regular tracking and draft pages to help a business be named more often.

What it cannot promise

AI assistants change their answers from one asking to the next and over time, and a signed-in person can see a different answer from the ones we capture. Our reports describe the answers we received, when we received them. We do not control the assistants and cannot guarantee that a business will be recommended, or recommended more often, after following our suggestions.

Fair use

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload any website, or to resell our data as a feed. We may limit or stop free checks and accounts that look automated or abusive.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, in US dollars, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for. If you are a consumer in the UK, you have 14 days to cancel a new subscription for a refund, reduced for any reports already delivered at your request. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.

Your content

Draft pages we write for you are yours to use. Check every fact in them before publishing: they are drafts, and you are responsible for what you publish.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.
